It's my pleasure to live in an area of some of the most stunning landscapes, the Lake District, with an added advantage of reaching within 1 to 2 hours the great scenery of not just Northumberland and Yorkshire but over the border Scotland.
I have lived in various places while growing up and in my earlier working years, now it's my time to settle and make my home in the Eden Valley, Cumbria which verges onto the Lake District National Park.
There was a time in the past when we were visited by The Celts, Romans and it's even said that King Arthur was here. It's the tourists now, who come to walk the fells or enjoy the many water pursuits and find an arts or crafts souvenir to take home.
