Kipford Bay, South West Scotland
It's my pleasure to live in an area of some of the most stunning landscapes, the Lake District, with an added advantage of reaching within 1 to 2 hours the great scenery of not just Northumberland and Yorkshire but over the border Scotland.
I have lived in various places while growing up and in my earlier working years, now it's my time to settle and make my home in the Eden Valley, Cumbria which verges onto the Lake District National Park.
There was a time in the past when we were visited by The Celts, Romans and it's even said that King Arthur was here. It's the tourists now, who come to walk the fells or enjoy the many water pursuits and find an arts or crafts souvenir to take home. Thats where our range of products come in, don't forget to look at the gallery.
In early 2009 we moved our gallery to Ainstable, please telephone for an appointment for a private viewing of the work of Tempting Light Photography. Also see our events page for current exhibitions.
Products are also available through Made in Cumbria retail outlets. See www.madeincumbria.co.uk for further details.
In 2008 and 2009 we staged a number of successful exhibitions, "Still and Flowing Waters" portfolio was seen at Kielder Forest visitors centre and gallery (June 2008), Highhead Sculpture Valley near Carlisle (April/May 2009) and can still be seen at The Eden Foyer in Penrith. "Natures face" portfolio was seen at Highhead Sculpture Valley (August 2009). Tokyo Nights is still on view at The Eden Foyer in Penrith.
